Terms and conditions for Lessebo Hand Paper Mill webshop

DELIVERY TIMES

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 4 working days, with the exception of certain parts of the country where daily delivery is not available. In case the goods are out of stock or in production, delivery could take longer. In case delivery is significantly delayed, the customer can always cancel the purchase – in that case, please contact customer services. Bildningsbruket AB (Lessebo Hand Paper Mill) will not be liable in case products have sold out or in case of an inaccurate price quoted. Your order will be delivered to the nearest DHL courier, and delivery information will be sent to the mobile phone number stated at the time of placing the order.

For your information – in case the parcel is not collected by the recipient in time, but is returned to us, a fee of 500 SEK will be charged for costs in relation to returning and processing the parcel.

Subscription

When purchasing a subscription, you will be charged once a month, either via Klarna or Stripe, depending on the chosen payment method. For example: if you buy a box on the 7th of February, you will be charged next time on the 7th of March. You will receive a new box every month in connection with the debit and do not have to worry that your paper will run out. The subscription lasts until you choose to cancel it. Termination of subscription is done in writing to info@lessebohandpappersbruk.se. The notice period is 30 days. If your monthly debit has not passed, your subscription will be paused, then contact us if you want to activate the subscription again.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we recieve your order we will immediately send you a confirmation by email, containing information about your order. Please save the order confirmation in case you need to contact our customer services. In case you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder, as it might have ended up there.

PAYMENT METHODS

Currently payments to Bildningsbruket can be made using debit and credit cards, or via invoice. All payments in our webshop are handled by Klarna, Paypal or Stripe.

Countries that support Klarna: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Countries that support Stripe: All countries except Russia.

Countries that support Paypal: All countries except Russia.

CARD PAYMENTS

Bildningsbruket collaborates with Klarna, who are responsible for the payment process. You can make payments using Visa, Mastercard, Klarna Faktura, etc. We also accept payments using Paypal and Stripe, on these services you can pay with Visa and Mastercard.

CANCELLATION

In line with legislation regulating long distance contracts, you have the statutory right to return undamaged products, without stating any particular reason, within 14 days of receiveing them.

Goods can be exchanged within 30 days. In regards to purchases over the Christmas period, goods can be exchanged until 15 January.

Returned goods need to be unused and undamaged, in their original box, and with the plastic packaging around the products intact. Please return the item(s) together with the return form. Please state the reason for returning the goods, and let us know whether you would like to exchange the goods or receive a refund. Bildningsbruket will provide a consignment note. In case goods are returned without exchange, a fee of 179 SEK will be charged for returns within Sweden.

It will take up to 14 days for returned goods to be processed and for refunds to be made.

SHIPPING

Goods will be transported from Sweden. Orders for delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or tax collected when the goods reach the country of destination. Bildningsbruket is not liable for VAT, duties, and/or tax on orders destined for countries outside the EU, and we cannot predict what additional charges might be applicable. In case such further expenses are incurred, these must be paid before your delivery can go through customs. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

 

TRANSPORT

In case goods are damaged or lost during transport to the customer, Bildningsbruket will meet these costs. However, you need to inform our customer services within 5 working days. In case goods are damaged or lost while being returned to us by the customer, the customer will meet these costs. Please make sure any goods to be returned are carefully packed in order to avoid damage during transport.

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We guarantee that the products you order are in perfect condition at the time of delivery. It is important to bear in mind that products from Bildningsbruket to a great extent are handmade, and although they are carefully scrutinised to meet our high standards for a first class product, small variations are to be expected. Small defects are unusual, but not a valid cause for complaints. In case you are uncertain whether a formal complaint is warranted or not, please take photos of the suspected damage and email these to our customer services. In case you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact customer services as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 working days. Please return the goods in the state they were received, together with a written complaint regarding damage or incorrect goods, and you will receive undamaged/correct goods at no cost to you. In case incorrect goods have been delivered, these need to be returned unused and undamaged. Please return the goods together with the order confirmation, and please state the reason for returning the goods on the back of the invoice.

Customised products, such as paper products with a personal watermark added, embossed products, or printed products cannot be returned unless an agreement has been negotiated.

Please note – before returning damaged/incorrectly delivered goods, contact customer services at webshop@lessebohandmadepaper.com to receive approval of the complaint, as well as a return consignment note, which will be sent to you through the post.

 

GOODS NOT COLLECTED

Your parcel stays with the courier/at the terminal for 14 days after arrival. In case you do not collect/take delivery of the goods within this time period, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse, and we will charge you 500 SEK for goods not received. This will be deducted from the refund for your goods. In case you change your mind about the purchase after we have sent the parcel, you will need to take delivery of the goods, and then return them to us, or it will be registered as ‘not received,’ and you will be charged the 500 SEK mentioned above.

 

SECURITY

Card transactions are carried out using the latest security standard on the market; 3-D Secure.

3-D Secure is the latest standard used to identify the card holder to the card issuer when making online purchases. Under the heading of 3-D Secure, ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard Secure Code’ are specific applications used by card issuers that take part of this security standard. Using these security protocols means that card issuing banks provide a payment guarantee in line with the regulation surrounding ‘liability shift’ at any given time.
